The Relation of HIV-Infections Health between Mental Health and Scientific Exercise

科学体育锻炼能促进人的心理健康已成为公认的事实,但它是否对艾滋病携带者也能达到同样的功效还有待进一步的研究。通过对艾滋病携带者普遍存在的心理问题及形成原因进行系统的分析,并揭示科学锻炼可以有效的促进和改善艾滋病携带者的心理健康水平。

There are close relations between scientific training and psychological health, if the scientific training can also promote the HIV - infections physiological health .There still need some research. So I analyse the reason to form psychological obstacle with HIV - infections, I have put forward and utilized scientific training to promote and improve the opinion of the psychological health of HIT - infections.
