运动教育模式在高校排球选项课中的应用研究

Application Study of the Sports Teaching Model in Volleyball Elective Course of High School

运动教育模式是以提高学生的运动能力、促进学生运动参与和增强学生社会适应能力为指导思想,实验表明:采用运动教育模式进行教学的实验班学生比赛时技、战术运用能力方面,明显优于采用传统教学模式的对照班。运动教育模式教学有利于提高排球运动的学习能力、比赛能力、参与兴趣和学习自觉性,从而提高排球选项课的教学效果。

The sports teaching modal aims at improving students＇ sports capability and adapting them to the society. According to the result, students taught by the sports teaching model were superior to those taught by the traditional teaching modal, not only in mastering but in managing the technique and tactics. It shows that the sports teaehing model can advance the positive effect of volleyhall deetive course by improving their studying ability ,
