Xingyi Quan （Imitation Boxing） is viewed as an excellent item of Chinese Wushu, which mare and more people have attached importance to it. This thesis adopts the methods of documantary and logic analyses to probe Xingyi Quan and its embodicd traditional culture,aiming to help people to m^e a good choice of it and bring into full use of its value.
