摘要
管理理论和企业发展史表明,企业文化是推动企业成长的关键动力,对企业长期经营业绩有着重大作用,在很大程度上决定着企业的兴衰成败。本文首先对企业文化的内涵、功能和商业银行的文化体系进行了理论阐述,在此基础上,对文化管理与商业银行成长的内在逻辑关系进行了比较深入地分析,最后,对国内商业银行企业文化建设的历史演变进行了回顾和评价,并提出了未来国内商业银行企业文化建设的六项策略。
Corporate culture is the key momentum for the growth of corporation, according to management theory and the developmental history of enterprise.It is very important for the long-run growth of corporate performance, and in a great extent, it determines the success and failure of business.The paper first illustrates the connotation, function and the cultural system of corporate culture in commercial banks theoretically, on the basis of which, the paper analyzes the internal logic relation between the management of culture and the growth of commercial banks.Finally the paper makes some reviews and comments on the historical development of the construction of corporate culture in domestic commercial banks, and raises six strategies for the future construction of corporate culture in domestic commercial banks.
