摘要
课堂观察是教师在课堂教学中以学生及其本人为对象的职业知觉活动。具有以下五个特点:目的性、系统性、理论性、选择性和情景性。课堂观察的范围很广、方式很多,它对促进有效教学、教师专业发展以及教育决策和评价具有十分重要的作用。
Classroom observation is the professional consciousness' behavior that teachers consider students and themselves as the object in the classroom teaching. It has five characteristics: objective nature, systematic nature, theoretical nature, choosing nature and situational nature. The range of classroom observation is wide, and there are many ways as well. It takes an important role in promoting effective teaching, teachers' professional developing, policy decision and evaluation of education.
