Freedom for Avoiding Terror:Reflections on Hanfei Thought

力求以平正的态度探讨韩非思想产生的背景:家庭背景、童年经验、知识底蕴、生理缺陷、师门传承,继而结合韩非思想的三个关键词:法、术、势,分析其内涵与本质,揭示专制设计师与专制者本人内心深处的恐怖。对于专制者来说,腐败、贫穷、混乱不仅是合理的,也是必要的。人性恶理论从学理上和实践上都存有悖谬与危害。并由此可见,一种学说,一种思想,无论出于什么动机,也无论站在什么立场,都必须对人和人类的本性有一份信赖,对人和人类的现实生存状态有一份关怀,对人类的未来有一份期待,一份向往。

Attempt is made to take a fair look at the background of Hanfei thought： family,early childhood experiences,sociai environment, physical defects,and personages who had influenced him. From the perspectives of fa,shu,and sift,the content and nature of Hanfei thought is analyzed ,revealing the terror that lies in the depth of heart of both the designer of dictatorship and the dictators themselves. For the latter, corruption, poverty, and chaos are not only reasonable, but necessary as well. The conception that man is born vice is poor as a theory and harmful in practice. Thus, a theory, or a thought, whatever it is motivated, on whatever point it stands, must have some trust in the nature of humanity, show some concern for the reality of man and mankind, social and nature. What is more, it must be forward - looking, and looking forward to a better tomorrow.
