摘要
根据高校图书馆现有人才状况和学科馆员的素质要求,提出了造就合格学科馆员的方法和机制。重点论述了学科馆员队伍的长效发展机制,包括培养机制、选拔机制、继续教育机制、考核机制、激励机制等。
Aecording to the staff present situation of college libraries and the quality demands on subject librarian, this paper puts forward methods and mechanism of bring up a qualified subject librarian. A enduring effect system of subject librarian is emphasized, and it includes train mechanism, select mechanism, continuing education mechanism, check mechanism and stimulus mechanism.
