摘要
缅甸邦朗水电站3立柱+环形梁的异形机墩结构独特。通过三维有限元对机墩结构的系统研究,对结构的振动特性、动静力受力特点、分布及应力和变形有了全面的了解和认识。缅甸邦朗水电站主厂房异形机墩的研究和实践表明,该结构不仅方便施工和设备布置,减小地下厂房跨度和机组间距,减少开挖、支护量和混凝土工程量,节约了投资;现场甩满负荷试验也证明这一结构是安全可靠的。
The type of three pillars combined with circular beam as non-conventional unit pier in Paunglaung hydropower project in Myanmar is of unique feature. Through systematic study by three-dimension finite element method, its features of vibration, under dynamic and static loads, distribution, stress and deformation are comprehensively understood, thus the design of the structure are more safe and reliable. Through the study and practice in Paunglaung hydropower project, the favorable results are achieved, such as construction and equipment layout are done in a convenient way, the span and unit distance of the underground powerhouse are greatly reduced, the excavations and supports and concrete works are significantly decreased, the investment saved; In addition, the site full-load thrust test also indicate that the structure is safe and reliable.
