On the basis of the summary of design features of general construction programming at tendering phase of the large sized hydroelectric projects such as Xiaowan, Nuozhadu and Jinghong, the Paper describes the role, features and contents of the general construction programming and suggestions for construction programming design at tendering phase. The suggestions have been proved to be practical and effective.
