周宁水电站地下洞群设计及关键技术

Design and Key Technologies of Tunnels in Zhouning Hydropower Station

摘要 周宁水电站具有长隧洞、高竖井、高水头等工程特点,设计采用了超高压竖井,压力管道取消钢衬,采用钢筋混凝土岔管,透水衬砌设计,高压固结灌浆,直螺纹钢筋连接,地下厂房岩壁梁等技术,实践表明,这些技术措施经济可行,许多方面处于国内领先水平。 Zhouning Hydropower Station is charactized with long tunnels, high shaft, and high water head. Key technologies have been adopted in its design, such as super high pressure shaft, canceling steel lining in pressure tunnel, using of concrete Y-type pipe, designing of permeable lining, high pressure consolidating grouting, indented steel bar butting, beam on rock wall in underground power house. It has been proved in practice that these technological measures are economical and feasible,some of which are in leading position is China.
