摘要 采用氯化镁溶液为原料,以氢氧化钠和氨水作为混合沉淀剂,通过反向沉淀和低温乙醇溶液强化成核反应的方法制备纳米级氢氧化镁.实验结果表明,在混合碱与氯化镁的摩尔比为2.2∶1、溶剂的总量为2100mL、水与乙醇的体积比为4∶1、反应时间为30m in的实验条件下,可以制得纯度高、平均粒径为短径约8—10nm,长度约40—60nm的纳米氢氧化镁棒状晶体,且形状比较规则,粒度分布均匀,分散性好. A new technique of preparing nano-magnesium hydroxide was provided in this paper. Using Magnesium chloride as reaction materials, sodium hydroxide and ammonia as mixture precipitator, ethanol as intensifying nucleation, nano-magnesium hydroxide was obtained by reversed precipitation. The results show that high purity magnesium hydroxide was about short diameter 8-10nm,long diameter 40-60nm average granule size, under the conditions which mol ratio of base and magnesium chloride is 2. 2: 1, amount of solvents is 2100mL, volume ratio of water and ethanol is 4 : 1, reaction time is 30 min. Magnesium hydroxide granule has stick crystal, regular shape, uniformity distributing and good dispersibility.
