摘要
在室内人工降温条件下,研究了2个品系大黄鱼(岱衢族DJ、闽-粤东族M-YD)对低温的耐受力,计算得出每个品系的半致死低温,并对降温过程中大黄鱼行为活动的变化进行了观察.试验结果表明岱衢族大黄鱼死亡温度范围是6.7—4.2℃,闽-粤东族大黄鱼是7.2—4.7℃.对2个品系半致死低温的研究表明,闽-粤东族大黄鱼对低温的耐受力较弱。
Tolerances of two strains of Pseudosciaena crocea(Richarson) (D J, M-YD) to low temperatures naturally decreasing were studied, and the lowest lethal temperatures of 50 % individuals were calculated. Meanwhile, behaviors of them under decreasing temperature were observed. It is found that Low lethal temperatures ranged from 6.7℃ to 4.2℃ for "DJ" strain, from 7.2℃ to 4.7℃ for "M-YD" strain. Comparison between lethal temperatures of 50 % individuals of two stains indicates that tolerance of "M-YD" strain to low temperature is worse than the "DJ" strain.
