物料平衡和热平衡计算对设计转炉车间,组织炼钢生产,改进冶炼工艺,实现计算机自动控制有着极其重要的意义。但由于计算过程涉及的环节和内容较多,传统的人工计算方式繁杂且容易出错,研究开发了氧气转炉炼钢的物料平衡和热平衡电算软件。该软件只需输入有关数据,即可很快得到满足工艺设计要求的物料及热平衡表。减轻了工作人员的劳动强度,节省了时间,大大提高了工作效率。

Material balancing and heat balancing calculation is extremely important for converter plant design, production management of steelmaking improvement of smelting process and computer automatic control. But for the calculation process involves many contents, traditional manual computation complex and error-prone. A software for material balance and heat balance calculation in steelrnaldng with oxygen converter has been developed. The tables of materials ＆ heat balance meet technological design can be obtained just by inputting relative datum. The application of software can greatly lower labor strength of workers, shorten the calculation time and improving the work more efficiency.
