Focusing on the problem found in using the traditional index system to take up the factor analysis, a new and feasible index system is set up through theory analysis and illustration. The method can not only accurately demonstrate the influential direction and degree which each factor index leads to the effect index, and reflect the factors of simultaneous changing effect, but also coincide with the analysis principle of index system as well. What＇s more, this method has been proved to be more effective by illustration.
