宁夏工业结构对环境的影响分析

Analysis of Environmental Influence on the Industrial Structure of Ningxia

应用大量统计数据说明宁夏工业以重工业为主,其重型特征决定了工业以采掘、能源和初级原料工业为主,能耗和水耗均高于全国平均水平,环境污染严重.进一步对工业内部分行业能耗、水耗及污染状况进行分析,指出宁夏工业结构对环境的不利影响,并提出调整工业结构的对策,即发挥地区比较优势,改变工业倚重型的结构;调整工业产品结构,鼓励发展低耗能和耗水工业;对现有高耗能和高污染行业进行技术改造;优化产品品质结构,建立主要耗能产品单耗监测指标;发展新能源产业,优化能源结构;发展环保产业.

Adequate statistical data are adopted to illustrate that the heavy industry is the main part of Ningxia industry, which is characterized as the fossick industry, energy and raw material industry being the major part. Therefore, the average consumption of energy and water in Ningxia is higher than that of the whole country. At the same time, the environment has been greatly polluted. However, the industrial consumption, water consumption and polluted condition are carefully analyzed in order to point out the negative influence on the environment on the present industrial structure of Ningxia. Finally, strategic measures are proposed： The regional advantages should be full made good use of, and the structure majored by heavy industry changed; the structure of industrial products adjusted by encouraging industries, which are of the low-consumption of water and energy; some industries which are of highconsumption of energy and high-pollution should be reformed technically; the quality structure of the products should be utilized by setting up supervising norms for the industries and products which are of high-consumption of energy~ new energy industries should be developed in order to utilize the energy structure; the environmental industries should be developed.
