摘要
从临床疑似犬瘟热的貉肺组织中分离到1株病毒,经形态特征、理化特性、血清学和分子生物学鉴定,分离病毒为犬瘟热病毒。
A virus strain was isolated from the lung of raccoon dog suspected as canine distemper, it was demonstrated to be a canine distemper virus by a series of systemic identification such as morphology test, physics and chemistry characteristics, serology and molecular virology test.
