摘要
本研究建立了狐狸传染性脑炎中和试验方法,采用该方法对疫苗免疫狐狸进行抗体水平动态监测。结果表明:该方法特异性强,重复性好,适用于狐狸传染性脑炎活疫苗免疫效果评价。
Serological neutralization test （SN）for fox infectious encephalitis was established, and it was used to monitor antibody titer of fox inoculated and fox infectious encephalitis vaccine, the result showed the method was special and good duplication, and was suited to evaluate immune result of fox infectious encephalitis vaccine, live.
