摘要
目的:研究茸骨富钙片(RGB)的补钙作用。方法:大白鼠模型骨质疏松,口服RGB,以钙片为阳性对照,在2个月和4个月时测定大白鼠全身骨矿盐总量(BMC)和骨矿盐密度(BMD),4个月时测定股骨比重、股骨灰分重和股骨钙含量等。结果:①RGB4.0g/kg剂量组口服2个月和4个月时,BMC增加6.4%和8.5%,BMD增加2.9%和7.8%;2.0g/kg剂量组,BMC增加5.9%和5.6%,BMD增加2.6%和4.7%。②4.0g/kg剂量组使股骨湿比重和干比重增加4.1%和6.2%;2.0g/kg剂量组使股骨湿比重和干比重增加2.2%和2.8%。③4.0g/kg剂量组使单位体积股骨内灰分重和Ca含量增加4.2%和6.3%;2.0g/kg剂量组使单位体积股骨内灰分重量和Ca含量增加3.0%和3.9%。结论:RGB对模型骨质疏松大白鼠有明显的补钙作用,并显著改善大白鼠骨质疏松症状。
objective: To Study the prOtective effect of the Ronggufugai tablet (ROB) for Secondary osteoporosis induced by dexamethasome (DXM) Methods:Female wistar rats, 4 months saged, were given intramuscularly with 1.5mg/kg DXM twice a week. The treated groups were orally given ROB 4.0g/kg, d 2.0g/kg .d or 1.0g/kg.d for 4 months. The whole body BMD and BMC were detected at 2 and 4 months. Rosults:1)At 2 and 4 months, BMC in RGB 4.0g/kg group were increased by 6.4% and 8.5%, than that in model group, BMD were increased by 2.9% and 7,8% ,while in RGB 2.0g/kg group by 5.9%, 5,6% and 2.6%, 4.7%. 2)In RGB 4.0g/kg group were signifcntly increased in femur wet density and dry density by 4.1% and 6.2%, while in RGB 2.0g/kg group by 2.2% and 2.8%. 3) In RGB 4.0g/kg group the ashweight and calcium content in femur were increased by 4.2% and 6.3%, while in RGB 2.0g/kg group by 3.0% and 3.9%. Conelusions:RGB can prevent Secondary osteoprosis induced by RGB in rats.
