摘要
为探讨从蛹虫草大米培养基中提取其活性多糖的可行性、验证蛹虫草大米培养基活性多糖对小鼠免疫调节功能的调节作用。采用正交实验法优化蛹虫草大米培养基活性多糖提取工艺,用血凝法检测血清溶血素的水平,用M TT法测定了脾淋巴细胞的转化。结果表明,蛹虫草大米培养基活性多糖的最佳提取条件是乙醇浓度95%、提取4次、提取温度90℃,其提取率为0.74%;蛹虫草大米培养基活性多糖能显著提高小鼠的血清溶血素含量,促进小鼠的脾淋巴细胞转化能力。
To study the feasibility of extracting active Polysaccharide of Cordyceps militaris in the rice medium and validate its regulation function at immune reaction of mice, we adopted direct cross experiment to optimize the extracting the technology of Polysaecharide and test the concentration of serum hemolysin by blood clotting method and the transformation of lymth cells in spleen by MTT method. The result of the optimal extracting condition of Polysaccharide of Cordyceps militaris in the rice medium is 95% ethanol, extracting 4 times, temperature 90℃,and the rate of extracting is 0.74%. The level of serum hemolysin and the transformation ablity of the lymph cells of mice can be notably raised by this polysaccharide.
