摘要
采用热化学方法将秸秆类生物质裂解为生物质燃气,对该燃气进行调配试验,制备出生物质甲醇合成气.在JA五槽直流流动等温积分反应器中,保持催化剂种类、粒度、装填及活化方式、合成气组成不变的情况下,对影响生物质合成甲醇反应的反应压力、反应温度、合成气进口流量进行正交试验及进一步优化试验研究,确定了各因素对甲醇时空收率的影响顺序为:合成气进口流量>反应压力>反应温度,优选出使甲醇时空收率最大的最佳组合为:合成反应的温度230℃,压力5 MPa,进口合成气流量(标准状况)0.98 mol.h-1,最大的甲醇时空收率为0.24 kg.kg-1.h-1.
In order to research reaction conditions to change the agricultural residues into the fuel methanol, pyrolysis test of cornstalk.biomass fuel gas by the thermochemical method, and the optimum tests to produce the synthesis gas in cornstalk fuel gas were performed. When the kinds, particle size, the ways of stuffing and activation of catalyst, and syngas composition keep constant, the orthogonal test of methanol synthesis reaction factors (such as pressure and temperature of synthesis reaction, and entrance flow of syngas) were carried out in a tubular-flow integral and isothermal reactor. The influence order of the three representative factors in the time-space yield of CH3OH and optimum synthesis conditions are determined through orthogonal test and further optimum seeking test. The order is arranged like this: entrance flow of syngas 〉 reaction pressure 〉 reaction temperature. The optimum combination of three factors are as follows, temperature 230℃, pressure 5 MPa, and entrance flow of syngas (standard condition) 0.98 mol·h^-1. The highest methanol time - space yield was 0.24 kg·kg^-1·h^-1.
