摘要 白粉病是小麦重要的叶部病害.应用差异显示、兼并引物PCR、快速扩增cDNA末端和cDNA文库筛选等技术,克隆、研究了一些与抗白粉病相关的基因.Pm3b已经被成功克隆.作者对小麦抗白粉病分子基础研究进行了探讨. Wheat powdery mildew is a severe foliar disease. Techniques of differential display reverse transeription-polymerase chain reaction (DDRT-PCR), degenerate primer-PCR, rapid .amplification of eDNA ends (RACE), and eDNA library screening were employed to isolate and study some genes associated with wheat powdery mildew resistance. Powdery mildew resistance gene Pm3b was isolated successfully. Studies on molecular basis for wheat powdery mildew resistance were summarized in this paper.
