摘要
介绍了饲料中常见霉菌毒素的种类、毒性、危害及其敏感动物,并从预防与去毒2个方面,阐述了控制霉菌毒素危害的措施及其检测方法.
This paper gives a review on kind, toxicity, hazard and susceptible animals of mycotoxins in feed, as well as prevention and detoxification methods to control hazard of mycotoxins. Some analytical methods are also discussed.
