软实力在很大程度上体现了大学的实力,是大学快速并可持续发展的重要因素。大学在其发展过程中应不断注意自己的精神追求,不断改善自己的管理,时时刻刻注意维护自己的声誉。这其中大学领导者扮演着关键的角色。增强大学软实力要善于转化,需要前瞻,但不能理想主义,不能一蹴而就。

Pwring this process, university leaders play a crutial role. To strengthen the soft pwoer of university we must be good at transforming, and need far vision, however, we can＇t be too ideal to succeed overnight.
