摘要
介绍了一种自适应空间载波相移算法。模拟和实验结果显示该算法能测量位相分布变化较剧烈的三维物面而勿须知道条纹载波频率;其模拟测量精度在无噪声情况下达到1-0 3rad。
An adaptive spatial-carrier phase-shifting algorithm is proposed. Both the simulation and experiment results prove that this algorithm allows automatically recovering the steeply varying phase distribution in the absence of information about fringe frequencies. With this algorithm, the measurement accuracy can achieve the level of 10^-3 rad in the case of noise-free.
