国家“十一五”规划纲要中提出，“有序发展煤炭、积极发展电力、加快发展石油天然气、大力发展可再生能源”的方针与定位，是完全正确的。然而多年来的传统习惯，一说到能源，人们总是想到煤、电、石油、天然气，而对于可再生能源认识不足。

The energy principle, put forth in the outline of China＇s 11^th Five-Year Plan, requires ＂orderly development of coal, active development of electric power, quick development of oil and natural gas, and energetic development of renewable energy.＂ This principle is correct. However, people traditionally refer energy to coal, electricity, oil and natural gas but lack an adequate understanding of renewable energy.
