摘要
介绍了基于MEMS的引信保险(S&A)机构的应用背景和基于MEMS引信保险机构的设计构思,分析了两种典型的保险机构的原理和作用过程;还介绍了两种主要加工工艺及其存在的问题,最后对MEMS引信保险机构的技术发展作了展望。
The application background and design conceit of MEMS-based fuze safely and arming device are ilhrminated The principles and action processes of two represenlative Safely and arming devices are analyzed also two main processes and the issues encountered are introduced. At last the development prospect of the MEMS fuze safety and arming device is given.
