调研了国内外星座设计的现状和进展，概要介绍了理想星座、实际应用星座的组网方法，星座的稳定性及保持方法。
This paper investigates the current external and internal situation and progress of the satellite constellation design and introduces the net forming method of ideal satellite constellation and actual application satellite constellation in brief. It also introduces satellite constellation's stability and the method for keeping it.
