摘要
为气动液阔的启动过程建立了数学模型,分析了尺寸参数对该阀启动特性的影响。计算结果表明:在保证必要的工作寿命的前提下,适当地增大控制腔气孔的直径或增大靠近控制腔的活塞端面直径有利于提高该网的响应能力。本文所得的结论有利于此类阀门的设计。
n this paper.the mathematical model is built for the start process of the pneumatic hydraulic valve,the influence of size parameners on the start characteristics is analyzed. The calculation results show that proper increase of the gas hole diameter of the control cavity and the diameter of the piston end face near the control cavity are favourable to improve the response characteristics of the valve under the premise of essential service life.The conclusions obtained are fvourable to the design of the valve.
