功能性肠病与罗马Ⅲ

罗马Ⅲ中．功能性肠病（functional bowel disorders）分为肠易激综合征（irritable bowel syndrome，IBS）、功能性腹胀（functional bloating）、功能性便秘（functional constipation）、功能性腹泻（functional diarrhea）和非特异性功能性肠病（unspecified functional bowel disorder）五类。本文就后四者的定义、诊断标准和治疗内容作一详述。
