摘要
用微波进行预处理,对铁线蕨总黄酮进行协同提取.研究结果表明,其最佳提取条件为:在微波处理5min后,用50%的乙醇(原料与溶剂比为1∶80)在90℃下提取1.5h.此条件下测定出其黄酮含量8.99%.铁线蕨黄酮提取物对自由基有清除作用,能延长剑兰鲜花的保鲜时间。
The extraction and anti-oxidation of the flavonoid from A diantam capiuarisveneris was studied. The result showed that, the best extracting condition was, Microwave 5min, alcohol concentra-tion 50%(the ratio of material and solvent lto 80 temperature 90℃, and extracting 1.5 h. The flavonoid content was 8.99% at this condition. The extract had good anti-oxidation to the hydroxyl free radicals, and could prolong the life of the cutting flowers.
