多元性、主体性与新农村建设——读《农民视角的新农村建设》

The Pluralism,the Player and the New Countryside Initiative——A read of "Build a New Countryside,from Farmer's Perspective"

文章从多元性及差异性角度入手,就《农民视角的新农村建设》一书鲜明的实证性,讨论农村“信息孤岛”现象及农民信息接受环境的贫困化。由此,作者认为,所谓“农民视角”即多元性视角,而只有承认新农村建设农民主体性的绝对重要,才可能直面以差异性为主要特性的多元性,研究差异,研究多元,使“三农”研究乃至新农村建设真正回归农民主体,并由此做到务实求真。

This paper talks about, from the pluralism/difference perspective, the impoverished information-receiving environment for farmers and the situation of isolated ＇information island＇ of the villages as disclosed with empirical evidence by the hook ＂Build a New Countryside, from Farmer＇ s Perspective＂. Based on this, the author maintains that the farmer＇ s perspective, i. e, the pluralism perspective, has to be adopted to face with the gaps, dealing with gaps, and acknowledging farmer＇s absolute principal player position in the new countryside building strive. Only with these, can the ＂three rural issues＂ study and the new countryside initiative really center around the farmers, and a down-to-earth and facing-the-truth attitude be assumed.
