普通高等学校图书馆用户参与式评估指标体系研究

Research on User-Participation based Evaluation System for University Libraries

普通高等学校图书馆评估工作对高校图书馆的工作起着“以评促建”的指导意义。课题组通过试评、调查对普通高等学校图书馆评估指标体系进行了研究,在更加重视办馆效益的环境下,提出了构建“用户参与式高校图书馆评估”的思想及指标体系。对今后研究和建立用户评估图书馆的理论和实践具有开创性的意义。

Evaluation of the University libraries has been steering the libraries＇ construction and development. In this research we have studied the libraries＇ evaluation system by investigating and analysing libraries＇ service, function and users＇ satisfaction. And by paying more attention to libraries＇ effect and environment, a user-participation research approach for libraries＇ evaluation has been proposed an evaluation system based user-participation has been built.
