浅谈少数民族干部队伍建设

民族人才是民族地区先进生产力和先进文化的重要创造者和传播者,是加快少数民族和民族地区发展的关键性因素。因此必须要加强民族人才资源开发,全面提高民族干部的素质和能力,培养造就“三支队伍”,努力形成人才辈出、人尽其才的局面,以推动民族地区社会经济文化的快速发展。

National talents are the important creators and propagators of advanced productive force and advanced culture in national minority areas, are the radical factor of speeding the development in national minority and national areas. So must reinforce the exploitation of national talents resource, entirely promote national cadres＇ qualities and capacities, cultivate and bring up ＂three squads＂, try hard to form a situation of all being intelligent and exerting everyone＇s expertise, and prod rapidly the development in society and economy of national areas.
