大学图书馆作为传播文化、普及科学知识的社会主义精神文明阵地,应充分利用自身的优势条件,在信息化社会发挥信息导航、知识管理的重要作用,实现信息服务社会化、全球化,成为所在社区居民的信息中心、文化中心、学习中心,成为社区大家庭的“第二起居室”。

As being socialistic intellectual civilization batdeground for propagating cultures and spreading scientific knowledge, the college＇s library should adequately make use of its own preponderant conditions, exert the momentous functions of informational guidance and knowledge management in the informational society, realize socialization and globalization of the informational service, make it become informational center, cultural center and studying center of the community where the residents are, and realistically become ＂second living room＂ of the big family of community.
