加压空心螺钉与双极型人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效比较

The Therapeutic Effectiveness of Compressed Cannulate Screw Fixation and Hemiarthroplasty for the Treatment of the Femoral neck Fracture in Old Patients.

目的 探索加压空心螺钉与双极型人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法总结1999年1月-2003年1月加压空心螺钉治疗股骨颈骨折36例，双极型人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨颈骨折32例。结果 随访时间18～66个月，平均42个月，获得全部资料，加压空心螺钉治疗组并发症多，双极型人工股骨头置换术治疗组并发症少。结论 双极型人工股骨头置换术治疗老年人股骨颈骨折安全有效，优于空心加压螺钉治疗股骨颈骨折。

Objective To study the therapeutic effectiveness of compressed cannulate screw fixation and hemiarthroplasty for the treatment of the femoral neck fracture in old patients. Methods A retrospective study was carried out on 68 patients with femoral neck fracture from 1999 to 2003.36 cases were treated with compressed cannulate screw fixation and 32 cases were treated with hemiarthroplasty, the therapeutic effectiveness and clinical outcomes were reviewed. Results After a follow-up for 18~66months（mean 42months）, we obtained all full data of 68 patients.The patients treated with compressed cannulate screw fixation have more complications than the patients with hemiarthroplasty. Conclusion Hemiarthroplasty for old femoral neck fractures is a safer and more effective method than compressed cannulate screw fixation.
