摘要
各企业通过对员工素质的考核,从而进行有效的任命、调度和嘉奖对企业和员工而言都有很重要的意义.层次分析法是一种将定性分析于定量分析相结合的模型,通过对员工素质考核评估标准体系的分析以及AHP模型的应用,建立一套完整的员工考核评估系统,用以评价每名员工的综合素质,并得到较为理想的结果.
Each business enterprise passes to investigate employee's character,carrying on valid ordination and adjusting degree and prize. It has very important meaning to the business enterprise and the employee. The layer analysis method is the model that 1 kind combines together qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, passing to investigate to evaluate the analysis of the standard system and the application of the AHP model to employee's character, build up a set of integrity of the employee investigate valuation system,in order to evaluate each employee's comprehensive character,and get a ideal result.
