摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,对距离公路中心生长的蒲公英过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶进行测定分析,并比较不同器官同工酶酶谱的变化情况,结果表明:受公路环境影响程度的不同将会改变POD的同工酶条带数,并对其活性造成一定的影响,这种影响尤其表现在叶上,同时显示出蒲公英的POD同工酶具有一定的器官特异性和稳定性.
Analyzing the POD isoenzyme of Dandelion Taraxacum,which was located in the highways of different distances,and comparing the change among isoenzyme patterns related to different organs by means of PAGE,The result shows that there is a large difference existed in Dandelion Taraxacum isoenzyme patterns resulted from different effect of highway environment. Meanwhile, the activity of Dandelion Taraxacum also changing, this change especially shows in leaves. Thirdly, POD isoenzyme of Dandelion Taraxacum shows that it has distinction of organs and stability.
