试论新时期高校图书馆员的继续教育

当前高校图书馆人员的整体素质偏低,专业知识老化,复合型人才缺乏。新的形势对高校图书馆人员的素质提出了新的要求。高校图书馆工作人员应加强学历教育,职业道德教育、专业知识和技能的教育、计算机和外语知识教育。

By and large, the university librarians are low in quality, out of date in professional knowledge and lack of compound talent. The new situation has new requirements and challenges for their quality. They have to stress on the education of academic certificates, professional ethics, professional knowledge and skills, computer and foreign language knowledge.
