今天的小学教育不尽如人意,是由于人们不能真正把小学教育与中学、大学教育区分开所导致。在广泛调研和理论探讨的基础上,我们提出了新的小学教育的特质观和目标观。其中,小学教育的特质是性格养成和文化入门,小学教育的目标是责任、方法、美。

Nowadays the primary education is not very satisfactory. This is because people are not able to really differentiate the primary education from the middle school education and the college education. Based on the extensive investigation and theoretical discussion, we proposed new viewpoints of characteristic and the target in primary education. Among them, the characteristic of primary education is the character-fostering and the culture-entrance, and the target of primary education is the responsibility, the method and the beauty.
