摘要
硫酸生产装置中酸浓的测量与控制具有典型的非线性及大惯性纯滞后特征,应用采样PI调节规律有利于改善调节系统的动态响应特性并提高系统的稳定性。在实际运用过程中通过选择适当的结构参数,调节系统达到了预期的控制要求。
The measuring and the control in the vitriol producing equipment are characterized by typical nonlinearity, together with the long pure time delay. The article introduced the application of a sampling PI regulation law that is beneficial to amending the system's dynamic response and improving its stability. In practice, the proper structural parameter is chosen to make the regulating system meet the requirement of control expected.
