摘要
本文从黑体辐射的原理出发,分析了红外测温的工作原理,推导出了它的数学模型。从反射系数、辐射率、距离系数、响应时间、环境因素等几个方面,探讨和分析了测温误差的主要原因,得出了环境温度与被测目标温度之间的相互关系。
In this paper, the working theory of infrared temperature measurement is analyzed and its mathematic model is derived according to the principle of blackbody radiation. The authors analyze such main factors which affect measuring accuracy, as reflectance, radiated ratio, distance coefficient, environment situations and thus establishing the interrelationship between the ambient temperature and that of the measured object.
