Application of PROFIBUS-DP Data Communication in Mud-dehydrating Control System

本文介绍了西门子PLC（S7—400和S7—200系列）通过Profibus—DP现场总线数据通讯网络构成的污泥脱水控制系统。该系统采用了Profibus—DP数据通讯与各S7—200DP从站直接控制相结合的方式，使得运行更加安全可靠，真正达到了系统各部份之间的无缝数据链接。

Application of SIEMENS PLC S7-400 and S7-200 through Profibus-DP data communication network in mud-dehydrating system is introduced in this paper. Adopting Profibus-DP data communication combined with the S7-200 PLCs directly control as the DP slaves makes the system＇s operation safer and more reliable, achieving a substantial seamless linkage among individual parts of the system.
