元认知在数学思维中的作用与培养途径 被引量:1

摘要 在数学学科的学习中,学生往往无法准确把握自己在数学解题中的思维过程,不知道如何调整自己的思维策略.心理学家发现,通过培养和锻炼“元认知”,能够有效地进行自我学习的调整和监控,提高学习效率.本文阐述了元认知与数学学习的关系以及在数学问题解决中的作用,并就在数学学习中如何培养学生的元认知提出了一些看法.
