大学生体质与健康现状、影响因素及对策

The Status,Influencing Factors and Countermeasure of Undergraduate's Constitution and Health

根据教育部2000年、2002年、2004年三次全国学生体质健康监测结果分析,我国大学生的体质健康现状总体是好的,但是,仍然在反映体能的某些素质、肺活量水平等方面存在着一些不容忽视的问题,特别是肺活量水平处于连年下降的趋势问题比较突出.这些问题不解决,将严重影响着大学生的体质健康,所以解决这些问题刻不容缓.本文从目前高校大学生的体质与健康现状和影响体质与健康的主要因素等方面进行分析,经过论证提出了解决问题的方法和改进措施,旨在为进一步提高大学生体质与健康水平、深化高校体育教学改革、全面推进素质教育提供理论依据.

According to the three results of national undergraduate＇ s constitution and health status tested by Ministry of Education between 2000 and 2004, the status of national undergraduate＇ s constitution and health is approving totally. Whereas, there still exist aspects we cannot overlook in undergreduate＇ s constitution and health. Especially, the lung capacity level successively descends annually. If these problems can not be resolved, they will influence the undergraduate＇ s constitution and health seriously. So it is urgent to resolve these problems, This analysis is based on the leading factors （for example the ways of P. E teaching and self-consciousness on P. E, the contrast of gymnastic behavior and environmental factors） which impact the national undergraduate＇s constitution and health currently. By demonstration, put forward the relevant methods to solve existing problems and the relevant measures of improvement. Aim to provide theories basis for raising undergraduate＇ s constitution and health level, deepening the reform of P. E teaching in ordinary universities, and pushing forward the education on diathesis.
