Monitoring Analysis and Control Countermeasure for Disturbance Sources of Power Quality in Regional Power Grid

区域电网电能质量干扰源的监测分析及防治对策是保证电网电能质量的重要任务。根据对广西电网典型电能质量干扰源如电铁牵引负荷、交流电弧炉及中频炉用户的监测情况,并结合引发的电网故障、事故实例(包括变电站电容器故障、主变跳闸、保护装置误动等)分析典型干扰源时电网的影响,提出电能质量监测管理和治理对策。

Monitoring analyses and control countermeasures for disturbance sources of power quality （PQ） in regional power grid are the important tasks to assure the power quality. Based on the monitoring cases of typical PQ disturbance sources in Guangxi power grid such as electrified railway traction load, AC arc furnace and medium - frepueney firnace, and combined with power grid faults and emergency eases （including substation ca.pacitor fault, main transformer tripping and protective device misopemtion etc. ）, the influence of typical disturbance sources on power grid is analyzed, and the monitoring management and control countermeasures for power quality are proposed.
