摘要
纳米18%阿维·烟碱AS对菜粉蝶幼虫毒力测定结果:比单剂1.8%阿维菌素EC和40%硫酸烟碱EC的毒力都高,得出了毒力回归方程式,共毒系数值大干常数值100,表明纳米18%阿维·烟碱AS具有较强的增效作用;配伍纳米18%阿维.烟碱AS在室内测出了对菜粉蝶效力最强的最佳使用剂量梯度(每公顷用药量),研究表明:用375~750mL/hm^2,有效成份a.i.g/hm^2(67.5~135g)对水750L,对菜粉蝶的防效高、速效性和持效性强。
The results of Pieris rapae L. toxicity determination showed:Nano-18 % Avermectin ·H2SO4 -nicotine AS is higher than both 1.8 % Avermectin EC and 40 % H2SO4 -nicotine EC. The syntoxicity coefficient of nano-18% Avermectin·H2SO4 -nicotine AS in higher than 100 ,which indicated high joint action. By toxicity determination in room,we know that nano-18 % Avermectin · H2SO4-nicotine AS has excellent and quick control effect,long persevered duration on preventing Pieris rapae L. , the best use dose is (doses of hectare) :375 -750 mL/ hm^2 ,a. i. g/hm^2 is 67.5 - 135 g and 750 L water.
