Evaluation of low nitrogen stress for sugarcane

摘要 通过对103份甘蔗种质氮胁迫新植与宿根的性状变化、植期与性状低氮胁迫效应是否一致及低氮胁迫指数,决定评价入选性状。利用性状的重要性程度、低氮胁迫指数与性状表现,建立了甘蔗低氮胁迫选择指数计算方法。种质低氮胁迫选择指数计算结果表明,在参试的103份种质中,位于前20位的种质在新植与宿根间较为一致。 The characters which were used to evaluate for low nitrogen stress of sugarcane were selected according to the index of low nitrogen stress and whether changing of the character was homogeneity among the germphtsm and between plant cane and ratoon. By the weight of characters, the index of low nitrogen stress and value at low nitrogen strew, the method for calculating selection index of low nitrogen stress was set up. The result showed that the evaluation for low nitrogen stress with selection index was coincident between plant cane and ratoon among the best 20 gennplasm.
