摘要
垩白是稻米重要的品质性状之一。研究垩白发生的环境条件和遗传控制,对于选育和栽培优质水稻品种均具有重要意义。本文概述了环境因素对稻米垩白形成的影响,以及农艺性状与稻米垩白的相关性;综述了垩白形成的遗传基础,展望了稻米垩白改良的前景。
Endosperm chalkiness of rice grain represents a major problem in many rice-producing areas of the world, and it is essential for rice breeders to study influencing factors and genetic mechanism of chalkiness formation in selection and cultivation for high quality rice varieties. This paper summarizes the progresses of genetic basis of chalkiness formation including environmental effects,as well as the relationship between agricultural traits and chalkiness;and puts forward some views about breeding on less chalkiness office grain.
