摘要
在贴体曲线坐标系上,采用有限控制体的非交错网格设置,对波瓣混合结构的三维混合流场进行了数值研究.经计算得到了波瓣混合结构气流混合的不同轴向截面上的速度分布,可以看出,由于波瓣尾缘处轴向旋涡的作用,主流和次流形成高效率的对流型混合,其轴向速度分布型面发生了明显的变化,气流间梯度较大的参数分布趋于均匀,这些特征与实验结果是一致的.
Three-dimensional flow fields of the lobed mixer are numerically analysised in thebody-fitted curvilinear coordinate system with nonstaggered finite control volumes. The veloci-ties distribution at different axial distances in the lobed mixer is presented in the calculation. Itis shown that a high efficient convective mixing occurs in the mixing progress between the pri-mary and the secondary streams owing to the large-scale axial vortex at the trailing edge ofsuch lobed surfaces. The axial isovelocity changes significantly, while the larger parametricgradient distribution between gas flows becoming uniform in consistence with experimental re-sults.
