摘要
在分析电力系统故障时故障暂态电流特征的基础上,利用小波变换的奇异性理论构造新的保护算法。通过检测故障暂态电流的模分量小波变换的模极大值,利用最小二乘法估计其短时李氏指数。通过计算一段时间内李氏指数的平均值来区分区内和区外故障。通过大量ATP仿真证明,对各种故障情况该保护算法能准确可靠地区分。
Based on analyzing the characteristics of modulus components of power system faults occurred in EHV transmission lines, a new algorithm, which utilizes the theory of wavelet transform singularity, is proposed. By detecting the wavelet modulus maximums of transient current signals of one terminal, which is used for least square method estimation of the short-time Lipschitz exponent of transient current signals and then calculating the average of Lipschitz exponent during a period of time, faulty lines and non-faulty lines can be distinguished. ATP simulation results prove that the protection algorithm can delimitate between faulty lines and non-faulty lines accurately and credibility.
